How do I clear cookies in Internet Explorer?

February 5, 2008

If you are having problems logging into or visiting pages of the website using Internet Explorer, please try deleting cookies and clearing your cache.

On Internet Explorer you can clear your cookies by selecting "Tools" from the grey menu bar at the top of the screen. Under "Tools" select "Internet Options." A box should appear with a section in the middle called "Temporary Internet Files." In the "Temporary Internet Files" section please select "Delete Cookies." It should confirm with a pop-up box "Are you sure you want to delete your cookies?" Please select OK, and then select OK again at the bottom of the "Internet Options" box. This should help you to login on the site given you are entering all of your information correctly.

If the problem is not solved, please submit a help ticket by clicking on the "help" button at the top of the page.
