MCGRAW'S "IF YOU'RE READING THIS" RELEASED TO RADIO

6/11/07

NASHVILLE- June 11, 2007- Tim McGraw's moving tribute to families of fallen hero's, "If You're Reading This," is being released immediately as a remixed and newly mastered recording from his show-stopping performance on this year's Academy of Country Music Awards. Simultaneously Curb Records will continue to work McGraw's hit duet single with Faith Hill, "I Need You," which currently is bulleted at number 14 on the country radio charts.

"I want to thank dick clark productions, the Academy of Country Music and Curb Records for working with us to make this happen. It's clear that all Americans have responded to this song and it is fitting that we were all able to work together quickly to release this record," said manager Scott Siman. "I have had a lot of industry people ask why Tim would choose to do something other than his current single on an awards show. I think it takes a true artist with vision to look beyond the status quo and see what might exist by stretching the boundaries."

McGraw worked with producer Byron Gallimore just prior to launching the "Soul2Soul 2007 Tour" to remix and master the televised performance. Country radio stations immediately began playing the televised performance turning it into one of the hottest records of the year. McGraw has been performing the song live on the tour where it has quickly become one of the concert highlights.

My brother was in a bad car crash and passed away. He always said he was gonna join the army when he was 18. Well he died 22 days before his birthday. I'm thankful he died the way he did-fast+not painful. I wish he could of lived longer but for some reason this song reminds me of him. Our troops need all the support they can get. I love this song so much.

I am excited that If you are reading this is being brought out into the public ear, I think that was and is a Touch your Soul kind of song. Tim did a great fantastic job on that and sang like he always does, right from the heart> I have watched the video online numerous times since it was televised. I am excited to hear that Its Going national!

I loved the song, and it is great that you (Tim) have decided to share it with every country fan! Though it isn't often played on our local country station, I've heard it a few times and am not doubtful that it will be heard just the same in a matter of days, if not weeks! LUV U Tim!!!! Kepp rockin'! See u in Philly on June 30!!!!!
