I just want to say thank you to all our soliders everywhere. You sacrafice so much to give us the freedoms we have. My husband is on his second deployment. It is our first together as a couple. He loves serving his country but everyday is a struggle, I can hear the frustrations in his voice when I talk to him. We continue to focus on the good and our lives together when he returns. I am proud to have such an honorable man to call my husband . Lets keep all the husbands and wives , fathers and mothers, sons and daughters serving our country in our prayers and pray they all come home to their families soon. God bless America~

We were at Tim's concert in St. Louis on July 4th. He sang this song as part of his encore. My nephew has just been sent on his 2nd deployment, and had been gone a little over a week. It was very emotional for me. I have been praying for his safe return. He is a newlywed, and a pilot in the Air Force. Thanks for the beautiful words and the powerful song. Let's bring our soldiers home.

He called me to tell me he'd joined the Army; I almost fell out of my chair. My brother wouldn't get out of bed before noon, but was going to join the Army, wake up before dawn, & likely go to war? A Tanker, he went to Iraq.We were all lucky. I thank God & the men & women who served with him that he's home alive & in one piece. The 1st time I heard "If You're Reading This" was the day my brother arrived home from Iraq. I had to pull over to the side of the road, I was sobbing so hard.A friend has this at the bottom of her emails: If you can read this, thank a teacher. Since it's in English, thank a soldier. Soldiers, thank you.
